Lugansk is a modern city today and
the Internet became available for everyone and it is really very cheap and fast now.
As for me I pay about $9 monthly fee
for my unlimited Internet connection which is good enough for everything I need
including skype video or audio chats. There are few types of Internet providers
in Lugansk: local cable, national cable and mobile broadband. If you travel around Ukraine
a lot you should get this mobile broadband, it will cost about $35-$40 for the start. |
